1-2 Acceptance
The Member declares to have read the General Conditions of Sale before placing an order and to have accepted them without reservation.
1-3 Purpose
Contractual provisions.
1-4 Contractual provisions
The nullity of a contractual clause of the General Conditions of Sale will not result in the nullity of the entirety of the present.
1-5 Modification of the general conditions of sale
Ticket Grand Prix reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Sale at any time. The applicable General Conditions of Sale are those in force on the date of the order placed by the Member.
2 - Commands
2-1 Definitive nature of the order
Orders made on the Website constitute a firm and definitive commitment, and after confirmation of the said order by Ticket Grand Prix by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the member.
2-2 Changing the order
As orders are final and irrevocable, any modification request made by the Member is subject to acceptance by Ticket Grand Prix.
2-3 Validity of the order
Ticket Grand Prix reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons and more particularly in the event that the quantities ordered are abnormally high compared to the quantities usually ordered by Members as consumers.
3 - The price of the ticket
The price is expressed in EURO. The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, expressed in all taxes included.
4 - Delivery of tickets
TicketGrandPrix guarantees you high-quality service and unparalleled proximity to the Monaco circuit. Your tickets are available for pickup throughout the Grand Prix week, even for those arriving a few days before the event.
Please note that the tickets do not need to be printed. The person present for the pickup is solely responsible for the security of the tickets. Therefore, do not share your account information to prevent identity theft.
Our offices are open to provide continuous support and useful information to our clients, including detailed directions to the location with clear images to avoid any confusion.
To protect our clients, we have opted for ticket pickup on-site during the Grand Prix. If you wish to gift a ticket to a friend or colleague, please let us know, and we will be happy to assist you.
By choosing on-site ticket pickup, we avoid the following issues:
Customs fees: Some tickets get held up at customs, leading to delays and unexpected charges.
Incorrect addresses: The addresses provided by clients may not match Monaco’s address registration systems, making delivery difficult.
Absence at delivery: Clients need to be present to sign for the mail; otherwise, they will have to travel to collect it.
Tracking issues: Tracking systems can be inaccurate, causing delays in updating the ticket’s receipt status.
Early arrivals: Clients arriving in Monaco before the Grand Prix may not receive their tickets in time, potentially compromising their trip.
To ensure the security, reliability, and peace of mind of our clients, we have chosen to implement an on-site ticket pickup system during the Monaco Grand Prix.
5 - Cancellation, Refund, Use
Tickets cannot be taken back, refunded, exchanged or resold except in the event of cancellation of the event by the organizer. In the event of cancellation of the event by the Organizer, the sums paid by the customer will be reimbursed at the request of the interested party made within a maximum period of 1 month after the date of the event and on presentation of the ticket, at the exclusion of any other compensation or indemnity whatsoever. For outdoor shows, a retreat to a room may be provided by the Organizer in the event of unfavorable weather conditions. This possibility is indicated in the description of each event. No refund, exchange or compensation of any kind will be granted in case of withdrawal. If the show must be interrupted beyond the 30th minute of its duration, the ticket will not be refunded. The organizer reserves the right to modify the program and the performers without notice. The organizer reserves the right to cancel any performance that cannot take place in the event of force majeure such as (and without this list being exhaustive): bad weather, strikes, fire, water damage, illness of a performer, national mourning, etc. Lost or stolen tickets will not be refunded.

Order Status Definitions
Failed: The payment could not be validated by the customer. Once validated, the order will be visible on the dashboard.
On Hold: The payment is made via bank transfer. The order will only be processed once the payment is confirmed.
Processing / Completed: The order has been validated, and the earnings are accounted for.
Cancelled: The order has been cancelled
Earnings Calculation
The percentage of earnings is calculated based on the total product cost excluding shipping fees and card processing fees, which are considered bank charges.
In instances where an order is placed twice, only the order that proceeds to the “processing” status will result in earnings.
Currency Conversion
Earnings are calculated based on the following currencies:
USD: United States Dollar ($)
EUR: Euro (€)
AUD: Australian Dollar (A$)
CAD: Canadian Dollar (C$)
GBP: British Pound Sterling (£)
Commission Structure
The commission percentages are based on product categories. Please note that these percentages are subject to change. Affiliates will be notified of any modifications to the commission rates via email to ensure transparency and to allow for any necessary adjustments to affiliate strategies.
6 – Value
The value of the Purchase Vouchers is that in force on the day of the confirmation of the order by the Member as mentioned in the article. Above, Ticket Grand Prix undertakes to apply this value to any order placed during the period of advertising for the Ticket on the Website.
Any assignment of vouchers for consideration is strictly prohibited.
7 - Consignment of the value of the Voucher
7-1 Payability
The value of the Ticket or Voucher is recorded when ordering, once it has been confirmed by Ticket Grand Prix.
7-2 Means of payment
To pay for your order, you choose the payment method among those offered by TicketGrandPrix on the payment page.
In this case, the remittance of the transaction for debiting your account is made the day following the date of the order confirmation.
The bank’s server ensures the security of your online transactions, providing a fully safe payment service.
The Consumer guarantees TicketGrandPrix Company that they have the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment chosen by them, during the validation of the Order Form.
8 - Settlement of disputes
8-1 Complaint

8-2 Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
The General Conditions of Marketing are governed by MOANCO law. Any dispute relating to the order or to these General Conditions of Sale will be submitted to the competent court.
9 - Data processing and freedoms
The information collected on the Ticket Grand Prix website is subject to processing intended to ensure the processing of the Purchaser’s reservation, as well as to strengthen and personalize communication, in particular by information letters/e-mails, and finally to personalize its Website according to the preferences observed by Buyers.
The personal data communicated by the Buyer is intended for Ticket Grand Prix. They undertake to respect the confidentiality of this personal data and not to communicate it to any third party.
When booking, the Purchaser may agree to receive from Ticket Grand Prix or from Virtually, information, promotions, commercial proposals or all types of advertising messages from their partners and this through sending e-mail, automated phone calls, or sms sent directly by their business partners. The buyer will have the possibility to unsubscribe as soon as they wish.

You can also, for legitimate reasons, oppose the processing of data concerning you.

10 - Terms for Installment Payments
Eligibility
- Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use the installment payment option.
- Minimum Purchase Amount: Your cart must total at least €300 to be eligible for this option.
- Order History: If your order is unpaid, you will be notified. Please alert us to any inconsistencies.
Payment Terms
- Number of Payments: You can pay in up to 3 installments. We reserve the right to cancel this option at any time, except for orders already placed.
- Payment Interval: Payments are spaced one month apart.
- Interest Rate: No interest rate applies. However, handling and shipping fees are applicable to all payments.
- First Payment: The first payment serves as the basis for the subsequent installments. You will be notified by email.
- Late Penalties: In case of prolonged delay, we reserve the right to cancel your order without refund.
Customer Obligations
- Banking Information: Provide accurate banking information and an identification document if necessary.
- Notification: You are required to notify us of any changes in the provided information.
Merchant Obligations
- Data Security: Your data is securely managed and stored in encrypted form.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email upon the acceptance of your installment payment almost immediately.
Cancellations and Returns
1. Commitment on Split Payments:

- When a customer opts for split payments, the initial payment is considered a firm commitment to pay the entire amount.
- In case of non-payment of subsequent installments, the customer remains liable for the total amount due.
2. Impact on Stock and Sales:
- Tickets reserved by a customer are removed from the available stock, thus affecting the ability to sell these tickets to other potential customers.
- If a customer purchases tickets, leading to a reduction in available stock and thereby preventing sales to larger groups, this situation should be clearly understood as a loss for the organization.
3. No-Refund Policy:
- No refund will be granted in case of cancellation by the client, regardless of the reason.
- This policy is due to the significant impact of cancellation on stock management and event planning.
4. Exception for Event Cancellation:
- The only case where a refund is possible is if the Monaco Grand Prix event is canceled by the organizers.
- In this case, a full refund will be provided, excluding handling and shipping fees
Miscellaneous Provisions
- Applicable Law: The conditions are governed by Monegasque law and the competent authorities of the Monaco Chamber of Commerce.
- Arbitration or Dispute: For any disputes, the same authorities are competent.
