What are the differences between different ticket categories?

  1. Trackside: watch the Grand Prix at closest from the track and see the racing cars as if they were at your fingertips. Trackside category includes premium comfort and luxurious hospitality throughout the entire day.
  2. Terraces: watch the Grand Prix from above on a terrace in the comfort of an apartment. This category includes full hospitality along the entire day. For Monaco Grand Prix, our terraces are located on the start/finish line straight. We have the following 2 subcategories of terraces :
    1. VIP Gold Terrace: Theses terraces are located between the 1st and the 5th floors. They include high-end hospitality at discretion all day long.
    2. VIP Platinium Terrace: Theses terraces are located from the 6th floor and above. They include luxurious hospitality at discretion all day long.
  3. Grandstand: Well-known for providing a classic race-watching experience. Grandstand ticket includes only a grandstand seat to watch the race. It does not include any hospitality.
  4. Yachts: Aboard a luxurious yacht, this is the ultimate option to experience the Grand Prix at its pinnacle. Perfect for those focused on enjoying the thrill of the race and immersing themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of the Grand Prix. This category includes premium comfort and luxurious hospitality throughout the entire day.
  5. Paddocks: Provides a behind-the-scenes look at the race, including the pit and team areas.
  6. Race Viewing/Grandstand + Hotel: Combining race viewing and grandstand tickets with hotel accommodation for 2 people (double or twin bedroom available). This option offers convenience and comfort. These packages are very interesting, as we have negotiated very attractive rates with hotels during GP events

If I purchase several tickets, will we be seated together?

You can confidently purchase multiple tickets together. Kindly consider the differences between the categories:

  • Trackside, Terraces and Yachts’ categories: you will be seated on a designated table.
  • Grandstands’ category: when selecting several tickets, our system automatically allocates adjacent seats to ensure your group will be seated together. Please note that the closer the Grand Prix gets, the less we can guarantee that you will be seated together, subjected to availabilities. This happens in very rarely occasions.

Are children allowed, and do they require tickets?

Children are indeed welcome at the Monaco GP, with specific ticketing policies in place:

  • Children up to 5 years old can enter the grandstands for free but must sit on an adult’s lap.
  • All children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult and should carry identification.

What are the payment methods available?

You can purchase your tickets by:

  • Card via our payment processor Stripe. The cards accepted are the following cards:
    • MasterCard
    • VISA
    • American Express
    • Discover
    • Maestro
    • JCB
    • Diners
    • Union Pay
  • Bank Transfer: once you have placed your order, we will send you an email with our company bank account details  to proceed the payment. The status of your order will be “On Hold” until we have received the full payment. Then your order will be confirmed and your order status will be “Processing”.

Can I pay by installments?

Most of the time, yes. Depending on the date you place your order, we offer the possibility to pay with up-to 4 installments. Payment by installments is free of charge.

This option is available in the products, by selecting the number of installments you would like in the “PAY BY INSTALLMENTS” dropdown list.

Kindly note, that the closer the Grand Prix gets, the less the payment by installments option is available.

I don't see the Grand Prix I want to attend, do you cover it?

How do I know that my order is confirmed?

Once you have placed your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with your order details and its current status.

Your order is confirmed only when it shows the “Processing” status and we have received your payment in full.

  • Full payment by bank card:
    Your order status immediately becomes “Processing,” confirming your order.
  • Full payment by bank transfer:
    Your order status initially shows “On Hold” until payment is received. Once received, it changes to “Processing,” and your order is confirmed.
  • Instalment payments:
    Your order is confirmed only after we receive your final payment.

    • Bank card: Although status appears as “Processing” from the start, confirmation occurs only after your final instalment is successfully processed.
    • Bank transfer: Status remains “On Hold” until full payment is received, then switches to “Processing,” confirming your order.

What does my order status mean?

We use mainly two order statuses: On Hold and Processing.

  1. Full payment by bank card
    • Once your payment has gone through, your order is automatically marked Processing.
    • Processing means your order is confirmed.
  2. Full payment by bank transfer
    • Your order will show as On Hold until we receive your payment in full.
    • Once payment is received, the status changes to Processing, meaning your order is confirmed.
  3. Instalment payment by bank card
    • Your order is marked Processing from the start, but your order is considered fully confirmed only once all instalments are paid.
  4. Instalment payment by bank transfer
    • Your order will show as On Hold until your final instalment is paid.
    • After that, it changes to Processing and is confirmed.

Can I track my instalment payments?

Yes! If you’ve placed an order with instalment payments, you can easily track your payment status directly through your account:

  • Log in to your account at TicketGrandPrix.com.
  • Go to the “Orders” section.
  • You’ll clearly see which instalments are marked “Paid” and which remain “Pending.”

For all other Grands Prix:

How will I receive my tickets?

For the Monaco Grand Prix:
Your tickets will be ready for collection at our designated pickup point in Monaco throughout the Grand Prix weekend—from Thursday to Sunday, between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

A few weeks prior to the event, you’ll receive an email with detailed instructions, including the exact pickup location.

Important:
For security reasons, only the ticket holder is authorized to collect the tickets. To protect your order and personal information, please never share your account login details or order confirmation with unauthorized persons.

For other Grand Prix events:
